Advised a Gulf-based strategic buyer on the acquisition of mobile telco. Transaction size: USD 380M. Full buy-side mandate including target identification, valuation, structuring, on-field lobbying and negotiation.

Advised world top 3 largest shipping for the privatisation of North African shipping and logistics group. Transaction size: USD 250M. Mandate included pre-deal structuring, valuation, strucutring, acquistion finance pre-post deal.

Advising and structuring JV on a capital raise. transaction size: USD45M. Mandate included land identification, governements allocation, operators and investor materials, investor targeting across BRICS+, and term sheet negotiation.

Advised on the full-cycle privatisation of state-owned commercial banks and development finance institutions across MEA and Central Asia, under World Bank-sponsored divestiture programmes.

Sell-Side mandates — Appointed as transaction advisor on World Bank-funded privatisation processes. Coordinated the full process end-to-end: pre-sale bank stabilisation and regulatory normalisation, operational restructuring, valuation and investor memorandum, international investor roadshow, legal counsel coordination, technical experts, HR restructuring, communications.

Buy-Side mandates — Advised private and institutional acquirers on the acquisition of state-owned banking assets through competitive privatisation tenders. Mandate included target assessment, bid structuring, regulatory engagement, and negotiation strategy.
